Crown & Stem Repair

Repair or replacement of winding crowns and stems so setting and winding feel smooth and steady again. Applicable to both dress and tool watches.

How do I drop off my watch? +

Visit our workshop at 203 Thanon Si Lom during opening hours. No appointment is needed for an initial assessment, though calling ahead on busier days is welcome.

How long does each service take? +

Crown and stem repairs are typically ready within 3–5 working days. Case polishing takes 5–7 days due to the careful hand-finishing involved. Water-resistance testing is usually completed in 1–2 days once parts are confirmed in stock.

Do you service all watch brands? +

We work on a wide range of Swiss, Japanese, and Thai-market watches. During the initial inspection we'll confirm whether we carry compatible parts or can source them. We'll tell you honestly if a piece is better suited to a brand-authorised centre.

Can I get a cost estimate before committing? +

Yes. We inspect the watch first and provide a written estimate. Work only begins once you have agreed to the scope and cost in writing.

Is the water-resistance test done in-house? +

Yes. We use calibrated dry and wet pressure testing equipment at our Silom workshop. You receive a written result documenting the test pressure and pass/fail outcome.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept cash (Thai Baht), bank transfer, and major card payments. Payment is collected on collection of the watch after service is complete.
